Bu Kullanım Koşulları, ELİA Aİ YAZILIM TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("ELIA AI" veya "Şirket") tarafından işletilen eliaai.co internet sitesinin kullanımına ilişkin şartları düzenlemektedir. Siteyi kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

2. Kapsam: yalnızca bu site

Bu koşullar yalnızca internet sitesinin kullanımını düzenlemektedir. Şirket'in sunduğu ürün ve hizmetler bu koşulların kapsamı dışında olup ilgili müşterilerle ayrıca imzalanan sözleşmelere tabidir. Bu koşullar ile bir hizmet sözleşmesi arasında çelişki bulunması hâlinde hizmet sözleşmesi hükümleri esas alınır.

3. Sitedeki bilgilerin niteliği

Sitedeki içerikler tanıtım ve bilgilendirme amacı taşımakta olup bağlayıcı bir teklif niteliğinde değildir. Örnek senaryolarda yer alan kişi, kurum, tutar ve kayıt bilgileri temsilîdir; gerçek kişilere veya müşteri kayıtlarına ait değildir. Üçüncü taraf ürün ve marka adları yalnızca örnekleme amacıyla kullanılmaktadır. Sitedeki bilgiler özenle hazırlanmakla birlikte, bu bilgilerin eksiksiz ve güncel olduğu garanti edilmemektedir.

4. Fikrî mülkiyet

Sitenin tasarımı, metinleri, yazılımı, logosu ve marka unsurları Şirket'e aittir ve fikrî mülkiyet mevzuatı kapsamında korunmaktadır. Kişisel amaçla görüntüleme, siteye bağlantı verme ve kaynak göstererek alıntı yapma serbesttir. İçeriklerin kopyalanması, çoğaltılması, değiştirilmesi veya ticari amaçla kullanılması Şirket'in yazılı iznine tabidir. Sitede adı geçen diğer şirket, ürün ve marka adları ilgili sahiplerine aittir.

5. Kullanım kuralları

Siteyi kullanırken;

• Sitenin çalışmasını engelleyecek veya aşırı yük oluşturacak girişimlerde bulunmamayı,
• Sistemlere yetkisiz erişim girişiminde bulunmamayı,
• İçerikleri alıntı sınırlarını aşacak şekilde otomatik yöntemlerle toplamamayı,
• Siteyi hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanmamayı

10. Uygulanacak hukuk ve yetkili mahkeme

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Bu koşullardan doğabilecek uyuşmazlıklarda Ankara mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.
